SCTC Wireless - Auto Help Line / Roadside Assistance Program

Safety, security and peace of mind are priceless. Your new SCTC Wireless phone can provide these benefits to you through our new Auto Help Line/Roadside Assistance Program.

With this valuable program, you'll have 24-hour, 365 days a year toll-free access to emergency road service when needed for only $3.50 a month! Wireless airtime charges will apply. Your spouse can also call the Auto Help Line number when they have car trouble. From the point of activation, Auto Help Line (AHL) takes 3 business days to activate your account. Your 10-digit SCTC Wireless phone number is your Auto Help Line (AHL) account number. You will be issued a membership card with your name and account number inscribed.

Services include:

24-Hour Toll Free/365 Days a Year Free Service: Members can call toll-free for emergency road service when needed. The toll-free Emergency Road Service phone number is 1-800-221-8062. To avoid abuse, each member is entitled to ten (10) road service calls per year.

Emergency Road Services: When a member's car becomes disabled, Auto Help Line will dispatch one of its service trucks. Simply sign for the service. Member is covered up to a maximum of $25.00 for emergency service and up to $50.00 for towing per disablement. Members are responsible at the time of disablement for any charges over the $25 or $50 service limits.

Mechanical First Aid: Auto Help Line's service vehicles will provide any emergency services requiring minor mechanical adjustments (exclusive of parts) on the road to enable the disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power.

Emergency Tire Service: Wherever you have a flat or damaged tire of any kind for any reason whatsoever, Auto Help Line's service vehicles will change the inflated space from mount to wheel.

Battery Assistance: Auto Help Line's service vehicles are all equipped to boost batteries and can perform minor adjustments to batteries, starters, alternators, etc. on the road.

Emergency Gasoline Delivery*: Auto Help Line's service vehicles will deliver an emergency supply of gas, oil, water, or any supplies as may be available. Cost of materials delivered shall be paid by the member. If local insurance regulations prohibit the delivery of flammable materials (gas), then Auto Help Line will tow your car to the nearest gas station within the limits of your towing coverage.

Towing Service*: When a vehicle cannot be started or driven, it will be towed to a destination of your choice - up to $50.00 - by one of Auto Help Line's authorized tow trucks.

Emergency Lock-Out Service: If your keys are lost or locked inside a vehicle, simply call Auto Help Line and they will dispatch a locksmith or emergency service vehicle to assist them up to $50.00 per incident.

Auto Accident Towing: In the event of a reportable accident, you' are entitled to $50.00 of towing service supplied by an authorized Auto Help Line facility on location.

Program limited to 10 calls per year. Other limitations may apply. Auto Help Line will advise member upon request. Auto Help Line is an independent third party vendor not affiliated with SCTC Wireless. SCTC Wireless disclaims any liability associated with services rendered by Auto Help Line and makes no warranty with regard to these services. By issuance of this membership, the customer agrees to comply with the terms set forth herein. Any issues regarding Auto Help Line service should be addressed directly to Auto Help Line.
